Pros:The staff was quick, clear, friendly, patient and overall highly efficient.Cons:The car I requested was unavailable and the car we did receive was not nearly as comfortable or as efficient when it came to fuel economy. I bought an insurance policy through Allianz and it didn't show up in the system which made our pick up a bit more difficult. No fault of the Sixt representativReviewed 10 Sep. 2019
