i rented a car from Sixt for 9 days i took the car at 11:00AM and returned it at 07:53AM after 9 days there was nobody to check the car in the return spot of Sixt and the only guy there told me to leave the keys in the car and go my flight from Frankfurt was at 10:50AM the Sixt company send me invoice that show that i returned the car at 14:29PM and they charged me for another day i wrote to Messages to Sixt but nobody replyReviewed 12 Jul. 2023

Took an hour to pick up the car. I captured a picture of a scratch on the car before we began our drive, called it out when we returned it and I was still blamed for the scratch via email a day later. No one inspected the car with me when I picked up the car, the existing damages were written in text and not shown in picture so obviously it was not clear and there was existing damages missing from the file. Luckily I had taken videos to make sure I don’t get screwed at drop off. The car was dirty from inside and outside. There was Tobacco everywhere in the car.
