The car I rented was not fully cleaned inside or out, there was nowhere to make damages on the vehicle prior to rental. The gas tank was only filled to 3/4 when I received it.Reviewed 6 May 2024

Car rental was fine. Don't use affirm to pay as sixt requires you to use the card you paid with for a deposit upon pickup and was not able to process it so I had to use my own debit card and now I'm trying to dispute the charge with affirm since I paid out of my own pocketReviewed 2 May 2024

Staff was fantastic at pick up and drop off. However, we prepaid through Kayak and our vehicle was not available. Our only choices were to go without a vehicle or pay double to upgrade. The last minute rental was a bit pricey to begin with, and the final cost was exorbitant.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2024
