The price qouted to us online was in Canadian dollars but at the counter it was in American dollars and is a lot more once converted into Canadian dollars..so my rental went from 281 canadian to 640 Canadian for 1 dayReviewed 2 Mar 2025

Your website said they were at the terminal and they were not. You need to take a shuttle. I opted to pay more for a rental with sixt so my elderly mother would not need to take a shuttle and then we ended up having to take one.Reviewed 26 Feb 2025

They charge me and they never gave me a car. I went there and they were closed. I needed a car I had luggage. I traveled all the way from New York. This was the worst experience in my life. Getting blamed for wheel scuffing (painted surface) which I adamantly did not do. I did a walk around at pickup and took several photos of minor bumper scuffs but did not examine wheels or take photos. And this was a 5 series BMW. A high end vehicle that I did not rent and did not want but was given NO choice because the class of car (economy) was not available. And it took Sixt 11 days after return to inform me of this. This was a shakedown by Sixt. Beware buyers - examine your rental vehicles VERY carefully and take numerous photos.Reviewed 19 Feb 2025

Kayak / Expedia allowed me to book at 12:00 on a Sunday. That was apparently their closing time. So when I arrived at 12:05. No one was there. I tried calling Expedia they wouldn’t help update the rental pickup location. And Sixt wouldn’t help either. I returned at 6am the next morning only to be charged 70€ more because all the cars in my intermediate SUV were rented out. No one called or helped. Just upsold me.Reviewed 10 Feb 2025
