Pros:The pickup was very easy; helpful staff. Drop-off was a big problem: No staff at all at Linz-Hoersching airport: The booth was even dismantled. No-one warned us about this and it took a long time before someone could tell us over the phone what to do with the car. Still waiting for the damage deposit to be credited to my account.Cons:See aboveReviewed 31 May 2020
