Cons:
They made money off my error. I missed the pickup and drop off location in Seattle on third. And thought it was at SEATAC rental car facility. I immediately tried to call and change it. But I had to pay for 3 days rental. I cannot recommend them or KAYAK.4.8 Mediocre

Not the car I reserved. Not clean with 3 used water bottles, dirty cup holders and a miscellaneous chalky type ball that was left in the car. There is no one at the entrance to take the return. Upon entering the pick up area to inform them that no one was at the return, they told me to go back to the return where there was someone cooking his drugs on his tin foil and subsequently shooting up in broad daylight at the entrance to the returns.Avis

Staff was rude and pushy. Flight was delayed and I couldn’t pickup until close to closing time. Then they tried to overcharge me and refused to honor original price unless I turned the car in early.Cons:
