    Wrong rental car location
    Pros: They helped me find a solution. Nice customer service.
    Cons: It cost me $60 extra more than I had already paid.

    Jonathan SeaTac Marriott
    Pros: We set up our rental prior to arriving in Seattle. When we got to the airport I called the location that we were picking up the car, which was 17 miles away and spoke with Gus. Gus chose to give us quality customer service and set up an arrangement for picking up our car at SeaTac Marriott. We did not ask for this quality of service . We were merely calling to be sure our car was there before getting there . This all took about 20 minutes of arranging. We got to Seatac Marriott met with Johnathan whom is not just rude but very condescending. He said that our rental car would be over $500 at this location. Even though everything had been set up by phone buy another Hertz location to ensure that our reservation was there at the correct price. I honestly don't care about the money or the inconvenience that this location caused me. I'm a pretty patient person. I just found it so offensive that Jonathan was being rude to us and disrespectful to us for this company's mistake. Like we were inconveniencing him. I'd also like to add that I did at this location a car was available to us for over $500 but if we wanted to pay the 200 and something price for the car then they were all booked. Which made no sense to me whatsoever. While at this location I also witnessed Jonathan being very rude and condescending to other customers. This man has no business and customer service. This man took a negative situation and made it worse. Lastly, after much wasted time, Chelsea the district manager of this area did call me on my cell phone and sent me to a closer location to the Marriott. We ended up being taken care of after about 2 hours of headache. So we do appreciate that. It would have been nice to been taken care of after 2 hours of headache without the disrespect. That's my main complaint.
