seemed very expensive. My "upgrade" to a better car should have been complementary, or at least would have been at national or avis. I also was talked into using the full tank of gas, and hopefully I don't get charges for that.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2023

The car was beautiful and we enjoyed it. I had never driven a hybrid before so it would have been nice if someone expected that most people haven’t. I felt pretty dumb having to come to the booth and ask someone how it worked. I also found out at the last minute that this agency did not want me to take the car outside of a specific area geographically. Perhaps that was in the information, but I certainly didn’t see it until we went to check out the car. Potentially a big problem and to find out on the day we picked it up was unhelpful.Reviewed 11 Jul. 2023
