Vehicle required maintenance causing a trip disruption. Alamo was contacted and so far have failed to address the issues. Also vehicle was dirty upon pickup at SEATAC.Reviewed 7 Oct. 2023

Pros:I don't like that the SEA rental facility is off airport, but at least there wasn't a long line at Alamo and the agent was friendly and got my rental papers pretty quickly.Cons:It was so frustrating that I couldn't contact the SEA office of Alamo, even on the so-called direct line that had an auto answer saying it was SEA Alamo. Any button I pushed sent me back to corp call center and they couldn't answer questions I had, nor add a booster seat to the reservation.Reviewed 27 May 2021

Pros:Michael was very friendly, but very misleading in telling me an upgrade to a small SUV would cost $27 for the 3 days, and not $27/day. Pros:I thought the man at the desk was very friendly and gave helpful directions to me since I had never rented at SEATAC beforeCons:The car was filthy on the inside, we had to get rags and wipe it down because it was disgusting. Also, the attendants at the car lot didn’t offer help, my car was missing a hubcap when I picked it up and there was no one to report it to, and it was unclear what to do about that, so I just left. When I dropped off the car the return man said that I should have reported it to someone because otherwise I would be charged. He listened to what I told him about the pick up and was gracious thankfully.Reviewed 27 Apr. 2021
