Once you check in at the counter, you then have to go downstairs to get in yet another line so a car can be given to you. That's an extra step could be avoided to speed up the exit.Reviewed 29 Sep. 2023

The clerk tried to upsell hard on a number of items after I said no. It was unpleasant and unwelcome after a long flight. The car smelled like someone had been smoking in it (a lot) and then they covered it up with fake new car smell. It was disgusting.Reviewed 10 May 2023

I was told by Payless that they didn’t have any cars for me and that they were sold out. I have tried to communicate to kayak , Payless and Rentalcars.com i have yet to get any luck my reservation was never cancelled because no one wants to help and now my money isn’t refunded because no one wants to help. This is the worst experience i have felt with my whole life. It takes you .1 second to take the money and it’s now almost 2 weeks and I’m still fighting.Reviewed 19 Apr. 2023

I like the the pick up and the drop off it was quite smooth. I did not like your vehicle cleanliness. It smelled bad as if someone slept in it. It also had bad windshield wipers which I found to be dangerous in the heavy rain hard to see through.Reviewed 12 Apr. 2023
