Pros:
Vehicle was clean, operated flawlessly, and was easy to drive. Driver's seat was comfortable. Since the vehicle was much larger than expected, there was more room for luggage & etc.Cons:
The pickup process was difficult and lengthy. I was surprised by the fact that the vehicle provided was not what had appeared on the webpage. But there was no alternative vehicle on the lot that was large enough so we were forced to take it. The drop-off time was pushed up to an earlier time for the convenience of the staff.4.4 Mediocre

1. The employees didn't communicate well. 2. At return I was perhaps 10 minutes later than my pick up. They charged me a $31 hourly fee. That was more than the daily rate I was paying. 3. They did this without telling me. I didn't notice it till I looked at the receipt.8.0 Very good

Needed to rent a car for a week, but when I came to pick it up they didn't have anywhere that I could leave my vehicle and made no attempts to help me out by offering a ride somewhere to drop off my car or any other solution. Told me I was out of luck. Luckily there was an enterprise rent a car across the freeway that had vehicles and was able to help me out. Did not rent from this Avis location and will not in the future.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car was dirty and had to ask staff to clean windows, also had to stop at a car wash on my way to my destination. No drop off or pick up cost me $$$ extra to get home after drop off.10.0 Wonderful

Penny at the Spring location on Kuykendahl was so nice and friendly; check-in was quick, got a great car (VW Jetta); drop off in Dallas at Love Field could not have been faster or more convenient. Great experience!!9.6 Wonderful

Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty fast pick up and even faster drop off. Got the exact vehicle we were looking for. Spent weeks searching for a van for our vacation and these guys had the best price hands down by thousands of dollars. Very happy with how everything went.Cons:
A few spots had been missed on their last cleaning so there was sticky drink spots in a few areas. Not a big deal in my book though.Hertz

I did get a bigger car and it was a newer Ford focis. It was easy to add extra time to my rental.Cons:
They don't offer the car I was suppose to get. I had to pay more because of that. I feel like I was baited in with a good price then got stuck having to pay extra.NextCar
