Pros:
the Budget counter in Terrace BC closes at 11 and our flight was delayed until midnight. The lovely young woman at the counter stayed for us and was friendly and smiling. It made a great difference in our trip. Please tell her she’s wonderful. I wish I remembered her name—maybe Mikaela?8.0 Very good

Pros:
The agent at pickup, the ease of the rental process at pickup, the vehicle.Cons:
I reserved the vehicle for 4 days. During the first day my itinerary changed and I did not need it. I was given two local numbers to call, a cell and a landline, both with voicemail. I called 5 times leaving two voicemails asking if I could return the vehicle early. No one returned my call until an hour before the vehicle was due back. I would like Hertz to contact me to discuss a financial settlement.National
