Staff was condescending and the car type listed was no where close to what came up on enterprise confirmation email. Took almost a full hour to sort the invoice out. Was offered a discount (I never asked for one) and then was not given the discount ?2.0 Poor

NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional staff. every location gives you a different information regarding the same policy. MY LAST TIME going to Enterprise for ANYTHING. I will be sure to let my followers and subscribers know how terrible of a car rental company and experience this was!Cons:

The rental place was supposed to open at 8 A.M. (as was indicated on their own front door), which was when my pickup was arranged for. I got there at 8:05 A.M. and waited until 8:25 A.M. until I had to find other arrangements to get to my appointment because no one showed up.4.0 Mediocre

The vehicle check. According to the staff, the vehicle was damage free. Upon review, I found multiple areas with minor to moderate damage. This was rectified and an apology was given.8.8 Very good
