The experience was terrible as we reserved the car many weeks before and when we wanted to pick it up, they didn’t accept any of our credit cards at the counter, even though we offered 3 of them(!). We tried with VISA (comdirect) and Mastercard (N26 & Swedbank). The reasons behind were as ridiculous as the unwillingness of the staff to help us out. Funny fact: just 3 weeks before, we rented a car with Thrifty in France with one of the cards mentioned above and it was working just fine. During the booking, we received no information about the requirements of the credit cards. At the end, we didn’t get the car and had to pay more than twice to get a car from another provider last-minute.Reviewed 4 Jul. 2023
