The car was Matsuda’s CX-3 and I loved it. The key is automatically locked after leaving the car, the engine starts by only pushing the button, and it is fuel efficient. And above all, I could rent the car with no unnecessary options like insurance and road assistance, which I have never used in my life (Most shops silently add those options and it is really hard to cancel them for foreign travers who have no phone number in the country like me)Reviewed 19 Mar. 2024

Classic bait and switch at Brisbane AirportCons:I booked the premium car three months in advance - they didn't have one when I arrived. They offered either a large gas guzzling SUV or a Camry. I took the Camry, and they refused to give me a lower rate. End up paying hundreds of $ more than I should have for the 3-week rental, but it was 5:30am after a 14 hour flight and I wasn't about to go shopping elsewhere.Reviewed 28 Jul. 2018
