Pros: Good had mileage

Cons: We had to wait a long time for someone to show up in the counter both to pick it up and drop it off it was ridiculous. The price for insurance is also ridiculous you think you are getting a good deal with the rental and end of paying so much for insurance. Will not use Thrifty again.

Reservation was not kept

Pros: Absolutely Nothing

Cons: Although we had a reservation, we were told they didn’t have any more cars and we had to find another provider.

Cons: Smaller than what I had chosen, I reserved ahead of time and I was under the assumption based on my confirmation that I would be getting a Dodge Avenger or something as big but when I got there the lady told me all cars were rented already and had to get a small car. The insurance was crazy high. The car itself to rent was only about $40 for the week but yhe insurance was over $400 and to only cover 20% if we do get in an accident. Total ripoff. Will never rent from thrifty again.

Cons: Your web page doesn't specify that in order to get the car you have to buy their rental insurance or you don't get the car!! Even though I bought rental and travel insurance in the USA they don't accept that one I don't know why you have to pay car insurance twice,very bad on your part KAYAK

They did not honor Kayaks rates
