Pros:New clean carCons:Smaller than what I had chosen, I reserved ahead of time and I was under the assumption based on my confirmation that I would be getting a Dodge Avenger or something as big but when I got there the lady told me all cars were rented already and had to get a small car. The insurance was crazy high. The car itself to rent was only about $40 for the week but yhe insurance was over $400 and to only cover 20% if we do get in an accident. Total ripoff. Will never rent from thrifty again.Reviewed 23 Dec. 2017

Pros:Great price for a small carCons:Your web page doesn't specify that in order to get the car you have to buy their rental insurance or you don't get the car!! Even though I bought rental and travel insurance in the USA they don't accept that one I don't know why you have to pay car insurance twice,very bad on your part KAYAKReviewed 30 Aug. 2016
