Cons:There wasn't anyone at the to arrange a shuttle or anything. Worst of all, when I manage to make an international call from Uruguay to US from my cell, the company representative was completely useless and offered me to call a local number and deal with it myself ;( Ended up getting a car from EuropReviewed 25 Apr. 2019

Great service!Pros:I messed up on my rental date and when I came in without a correct rental, they were very accommodating. They got me into a car quite quickly and we were set within a few minutes. The staff was amazing, the car quite new and I'd recommend their location.Cons:We had a great experience, no changes needed.Reviewed 13 Dec. 2015

Kayak drops the ballCons:Arriving at the rental place, they had not received the booking from Kayak. It took a very long time, but the car company did set us up with a car. Not one that we had booked, but a lesser model and still charged us the quoted price. This car was not the greatest for what we needed it for but we made it work. Not sure if I'll book through Kayak again.Reviewed 4 Jan. 2017

Very slow service and damaged carsPros:NothingCons:Took 2 hours to get the car. that office needs more people but employees need to be more direct and assertive. Wrong car announced by KayakCons:I reserved a VW Vento and received a vW Polo....the Kayak page stated the Vento but actually the company received your notification for a Polo, what is really what they had. Very dissapointed by this issue .Reviewed 23 Aug. 2017
