I loved the fact all the staff in Spokane were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was traveling with a friend needing wheelchair assistance - staff assisted load the car with luggage as well as assist my friend.in and out of the car. The SUV was clean and well serviced. Staff assisted set up the GPS in the car. Upon return staff were efficient and quick so we could arrive at the airline desk quickly and on time. I cannot think of anything I would improve upon. The cost was more than acceptable and reasonable. I would definitely use Thrifty again and am more than willing to share my experience and recommend Thrift to any of my contacts.Reviewed 12 Dec 2023

When renting a model that you are not familiar with, I think it would be good to have just a little cheat sheet that indicates where are the fuel compartment lever is, for example. And perhaps a few other key features to ensure a safer and more comfortable driving experience. Overall, my experience was good. However, I left two things in the drivers compartment that were easily spotted, ( obviously no by stupid me) and no one tried to get my attention to let me know, so now I have to go online and replace some things.Reviewed 11 Nov 2023
