The hotel is modern and elegant and overall a fantastic place to spend your vacation! We had a small problem the first night with the room, but when mentioning this to reception they immediately changed us into another room, so the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Overall I can recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Valencia!!

I did have a very serious cleanliness issue in my second room but staff was efficient, helpful and very well trained in dealing with similar situations. Cons: When I got to my room, the smell was just unbearable. I prefer not to use word to describe it, but I thougth I could die. When I came back to the reception desk, the fellows there looked at each other and said: "I told you. It's reaching the fifth floor". It took me an hour to get another room. No restaurant, no room service, no rooftop terrace. I moved to another hotel in the morning.

Cons: There is really not much to tell - only two tiny things that I think were not ideal. First the breakfast is VERY expensive in my view (20 Eur per adult and 10 Eur per child). Because of the price we never tried it but had breakfast both days below 20 Eur for the entire family in different cafes 100m down the road!!! And the second thing was that the pool was closing at 7pm, which in my opinion it being Spain and all is very early. But none of these things really were bothering us during our stay, I just mentioned it to fill this box :)

Cons: The cleaning of the rooms was quite late in the day so sometimes you could come back at 16 and have the room still dirty. Great location to go to the city of Science, but quite far from the center. However it is easy to move around with public transport.

Cons: If you're a student, then this place could be acceptable (which most of the clientele was that we observed). The room smelled like sewage, we needed to be moved, but only after we adamantly complained multiple times that we cannot sleep in a room where the smell makes you nauseous (we finally got another room close to 2am). Second room wasn't much better -- smelled of smoke and something sour (this was strange, but it's 2am). Concluded that on top of some sewage/piping issue, there must be mold in the vents as well, and I saw mold in the showers. Sheets/towels were stained. Staff is great, but the facilities aren't. Overall, camping would be better.

Honestly, I expected something different when having read of "Wellness-fitness facility". Air conditioning was also practically defect (some 35oC hot outside) - ok, it worked but was too noisy to use during night and cold air hit you when in bed and that couldn' have been changed. Balcony with one chair - for a double room ???? Bath is a bit worn down.

Cons: Kept waiting for a room, well after official check in time. Poky bathroom, which required gymnastics to get into the shower. Junior suite not as big as the photos portrayed, we stayed here because it was sold as a junior suite. On reflection I would rather have stayed in a normal room in a much more updated hotel. Decor in rooms very dated, and room cleanliness a bit hit and miss (glasses left dirty first day, dirty bathroom) although a tea and coffee tray is provided, it would help if this was topped up with adequate supplies. I actually brought my own teabags from the local shop, as no more room supplies appeared. Breakfast uninspiring, and machine coffee not great. Pool is no more than a plunge pool.. Again very deceiving photos.

Cons: I think for a 4* hotel they should modernize a few things such as the floor of the bedroom and the bathroom. The shower doesn't work very well, so we had hot water or cool water. We dinner on the hotel buffet once and we payed 30€ for two and there wasn't much diversity.

It's near the bus station, and while I wouldn't describe that as a nice area, you do have a Corte Ingles, a shopping mall and a metro station down the corner. Pros: Not the cheapest hotel in town but you do get good comfort for what you pay. Helpful staff, good facilities, isolation from noise and clean rooms. It's near the bus station, and while I wouldn't describe that as a nice area, you do have a Corte Ingles, a shopping mall and a metro station down the corner. Accessing the old town is very easy from there.
Cons: A small bottle of mineral water costs 3.50 Euro, which is a bit excessive.

And the pool was tiny I've seen bigger bathtubs. Delighted to check out

Pros: We liked that the hotel was located just by the main park in Valencia. Also, the rooftop bar, exercise room and the pool were nice. The room was quite spacious.
Cons: Despite some positives, the overall experience was very disappointing. - Check in took long time, the reception staff didn't even mention what they were typing and how long the check in would take to complete. - Rooms lacked iron and ironing boards, also there was no kettle or coffee/tea making facilities. - Room decor was quite tired, needs updating. - The minibar was extremely expensive - I find it strange that such expensive minibars are still offered to the guests (e.g. nuts for 6 Euro, a small bag of jellies for 6.50 Euro, btw who buys jellies in the hotel anyway?, tiny bottle of bad quality wine 8 Euro etc.). - There is no soundproofing at all - we could easily hear what people were saying in the hotel corridor and other adjacent rooms, it was very noisy at night. - Bed mattresses are extremely tough, we woke up with back pains. - The worst thing was that the air conditioning unit smelt with sewage, it was unbearable to smell it, absolutely disgusting and I hope a health inspector looks into it. - The rooftop bar, although it was nice and breezy, lacked nice drinks, there was just 1 bottle of red wine and 1 bottle of white wine - some other options would be recommended. - The free WiFi is extremely slow and you will be better off with your mobile internet. - Although the hotel is located near the park, it is also just right next to the dirty bus station with a lot of sketchy people around. Generally, the hotel needs a lot of work and major refurbishment. It seems like the place is stuck in 1990s. We won't be staying there again.

Cons: What kind of hotel has 5 Rooms broken into on the same day and refuses to call the police???
We have just left this hotel after being in the Police station until 2am reporting thefts, 5 different rooms were broken into yesterday. The police confirmed the hotel should have contacted them immediately and they would have come immediately to investigate.
Our room was entered 4 times after we left for the day by hotel staff and management, seems very strange?! The beds were made then all our stuff was ransacked thrown all over the beds. Luggage which had padlocks on them had tge zips ripped open, nothing was left untouched so they clearly spent a while in there.
Laptops, Ipads, cash and jewelry were taken from different groups of international travellers all conveniently checking out the next morning.
But reception and management were not helpful and refused to take any responsibility, they did not want to do anything, advised us we could report ourselves to police if we really wanted wth?!
There are no safes in the rooms and bags that were locked with padlocks had the zips ripped open and the thieves spent alot of time going through stuff.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE or have a hotel that will actually care about its patrons!

Cons: when you sleep in a room facing the train station and you sleep on the upper part of the bunk bed, there's a lot of light coming through because the bunk bed has no top. I couldn't fall asleep for a long time because it was so light it felt like it was during day. I should have changed the bed. My advice: take the lower bed and it will not happen!

Cons: EVERYTHING! Where do I even start? Within 24 hours, two guys got their stuff stolen directly from the room. The first time it was one of the guys entire suitcase. A random person just basically walked in the room, took the suitcase and left. When the guest of the hostel asked for help at reception, he was told nonchalantly that he needed to come in the morning. When he did, they didn't want to show him the footage of the surveillance camera. They gave him a picture of the footage, that's it. They didn't help him more than that and they didn't seem worried at all about the security being the absolute worst at their establishment. And this event happened during the day!!! It didn't end here.. the following day, so again, during bright daylight, one of the guys that was in our room got all of his stuff stolen from the locker. So the thief had time to come inside of the room, break the padlock, take everything, leave and not get caught. At that point I was already gone but I felt super unsafe after the first incident, just knowing that anyone can walk in the hostel so easily, go in any room, take all of your belongings, pass in front of reception and just go and not get caught.... Mind blowing!! I'll add to that that the rooms were extremely dirty, the sheets, the floors but also the communal rooms and the toilets were the worst. On the pictures it looks nice until you check the couches out and they are full of stains and smell gross. The toilets were just horrible, from the sinks, to the toilets and the showers, everything was dirty and gross. Gross is the appropriate term. My review score comes down to 2.5 but it should be 0.0!!

Pros: The property is right next to the Valencia busstation, which makes it very convenient to catch an early morning bus connection. It is also right next to the Corte Inglès for all your groceries and shopping, and only a short walk to the old town across the Turía. The room and hotel are kept exceptionally clean. A fully equipped room, excellent beds, with balcony and great view of the city (we were on floor 10). Check-in and check-out very efficient. Value for money, we paid 75 euro for a night.

Pros: The property is right next to the Valencia busstation, which makes it very convenient to catch an early morning bus connection. It is also right next to the Corte Inglès for all your groceries and shopping, and only a short walk to the old town across the Turía. The room and hotel are kept exceptionally clean. A fully equipped room, excellent beds, with balcony and great view of the city (we were on floor 10). Check-in and check-out very efficient. Value for money, we paid 75 euro for a night.
