Pros:Location, location, location. Solid location near bus lines, and tons of shops and eateries. Staff was friendly and polite. Solid place for deal.It's a good hotel for location and saving money, nothing more. I was looking for a bed to crash, in a good location for minimal money. No frills or extras and that's what I got.
Cons:Free parking would have been nice. The wifi is so slow it's unusable. You can totally tell it's an old building. Dirty, kind of run down. Could tell it was previously a smoking hotel.

Pros:The location is the only easy and convenient part of the empire landmark
Cons:The rooms were dingy and kinda gross. It seems like the day to day cleaning is done decently but the general upkeep and overall appearance was not appealing. Also, the staff didn't seem to care much about the complaints and the hotel in general seemed to be more interested in taking care of tour groups then anyone else
