Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms. However, there were numerous complaints about rude or unhelpful staff, with several guests experiencing issues at the front desk or with specific employees. Breakfast was frequently criticized for limited options, rationing, or poor quality. Some guests mentioned room assignment problems and outdated bathroom fixtures, while others noted positive experiences with helpful staff and good parking. Overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness, but service and breakfast quality were recurring concerns.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The bed was nice, clean and comfortable and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast options were good, but there weren’t any vegetarian options. You must have fruit, but I was glad that there was yogurt available.
Cons (-) The toilet paper dispenser was about to come off the wall because of the hinderance of the extra toilet paper behind it. Place the extra with the amenities and not behind the paper for use. The curtains were only covering a third of the window, which should be complete black out curtains and not half way covers. The microwave in the breakfast room was too small and unclean.
Pros (+) Breakfast room was large and well stocked. Good restaurant within walking distance. Room was large, clean and comfortable.
