Pros:It was an ok place to spend the night, but I will look for a different place if I ever return to that town.
Cons:Staff were not very helpful and the rooms need TLC.
Pros:Recently updated rooms.
Cons:Paying for parking that used to be free.

Cons:There was a screaming crying baby in the to right next door. They also had workers directly outside our window banging away in the roof at 7am working in construction. It was awful! We were up all night due to these and they would not give us a credit for being rudely awoken.
Pros:The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.
Cons:It wasn't pet friendly.
Cons:Unfortunately we had to cancel but at the time of booking I was not told that If I cancelled would be charged the full amount of my room charge. I contacted the Courtyard in Worcester and they informed me that it was third party reservation and there was no refunds. The cancellation was due to an emergency operation on my wife after the operation she couldn't travel. I'm very disappointed with your organization not explaining this policy at time of booking. I plan on showing my displeasure by posting a review and comment on Face Book and Ripoff.com You can contact me with questions at sbraymer@aol.com
