Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central and convenient location, which made it easy to access attractions and amenities. However, many reviews mentioned significant issues with noise, especially at night, affecting sleep quality. Comfort was impacted by uncomfortable beds and old mattresses, and several guests were disappointed by the lack of parking, which was sometimes incorrectly advertised.
