There was no option in the booking search function to specify an AWD or 4WD . We were flying into Colorado to go skiing. We got upsold for US$40 per day to an AWD. Really had no choice at that point. Typical rug pull experience with these cheaper brands. Booked the premium, wasn’t even offered the premium option when picking up. When I told the desk worker I actually booked the premium, I got a rehearsed “oh, it won’t be ready for another 45 minutes”. No explanation, no apology, just continued checking out with the base model. Shuttle system is dated and very infrequent. Was not even able to rent a car there. They required like 5 different forms like a utility bill to rent a car. Yet next door there is an Enterprise which rented me a car at three times the price but all I needed was a drivers license and a credit card.Reviewed 14 Jan 2025
