Will never book through Kayak again. We got a very old van which had no a/c, had to drive with windows down, felt miserable, was making creaking noises all the time. The rear view mirrors were not working from inside, we had to manually adjust the outside glasses. We had to take an uber to the van rental place which added up costs, they have weird working hours from 8 am to 4 pm. Wasted my money booking through you, a mistake I'll never repeat.Reviewed 24 May 2023

Got to the pick up point @ 12:30 on a Sat. they closed at noon. They sent a text mid flight, No van available. Stilll waiting for refund. NEVER AGAIN .Reviewed 9 May 2023

Van was not available and we were not informed until we arrived even though they knew it would not be available. The courtesy driver told us that vans are regularly not available and that customers always have to figure out alternative plans last minute. This lead to a 4 hour delay while we looked for a rental because everything was closed and cars were scarce. I will never consider this company again.Reviewed 25 Jan. 2023

It was a nightmare for the pickup. We had to wait 1h. It was a public phone at the pick-up platform for customer to call the companies (for rental car) at the airport but it was not working. No information in the rental documents that WE HAVE TO CALL the company to ask a shuttle !! I took that company at the airport to save time but I lost time with my family. A driver from another company called AVR Rental (2 times !) and they came...after 1 hour ! I will not recommend this company. During the time we waited, we saw 20 times the others shuttles of others companies. Also the return time was very early (office was closed) and the location was not at the airport, so I had to take an Uber and had extra charges.
