We outside of the car was very dirty. The parking garage it was it was so dark I couldn’t see if there was anything wrong with the back of the car. They were dents marks on the front of the car. When I asked the man of the third floor to assist me he told me I had to go back down to the bottom office. The young man there was very curt and not helpful. I would you never use Alamo again. The service at the counter for pick up was excellent. They unfortunately did not have the sedan we had originally booked and we were given a smaller economy car. We did receive a discount for the downgrade. The car itself was not as clean or new as the majority of rentals we have received in the past but it served its purpose well.Reviewed 11 May 2022

The staff was very friendly and helpful even at the end of the day. Paperwork was done quickly and drop off was super simple. The only negative was that we waited in line for about 45 minutes to get ti the checkout counter and then had to wait another 40 minutes until a car was available.Reviewed 21 Sep. 2021

Upon arrival, the Alamo desk was closed, so I was directed to the Nationwide desk. The person working the Nationwide desk was wearing an Alamo name tag. He chatted with the person before me for a while, then told him he was getting a free upgrade to a SUV. When it was my turn, he told me all that was left was cars(my reservation was for an intermediate SUV). I asked about the guy ahead of me, and the agent told me he was a really good guy. I asked if I would get a discount on my reservation for a car, and he said it doesn't work that way, but for an upcharge in cash, I could get a truck. I took the car, and when I got to the lot, there was a row of SUVs, but the attendant told me the manager at the desk was holding them for special guests. Picked up the car at night and didn’t see how filthy it was until the morning. Sensors (4) kept going off telling me that the alerts need to be serviced. Because it was so dirty inside and somewhat outside too I took it to a car wash hoping that would remove any grime blocking sensors. However it did not. I was in the mountains and didn’t have service until that evening so I called Alamo and they told me to go to Jackson Hole airport to switch cars. I picked up another car and slowly drove out of the airport then onto the highway and the hood of this car was not secure. I had to pull off onto the side of the highway to fix that.
