Cons:They did not have the car that I reserved. Also added additional fees at the pickup. They offered to take me to the hotel and deliver the car the next day, but we had already booked a tour that we needed the car for and honestly I didn’t trust them.Reviewed 23 May 2021

Pros:Not a thing!Cons:Kayak shouldn't be booking car rentals when they've been warned by Alamo that they have no rental's. I had to pay triple the cost to secure a car in Cozumel for a week because of Kayaks failure.Reviewed 8 Jan. 2021
