Pros:I reserved a luxury car (Cadillac or similar). On arrival I was told there were no luxury cars.I was offered a VW SUV instead. Not exactly a luxury car, or even similar. Drop Off FeesPros:Information on drop off fees given by customer service representativeCons:Needed to depart RDU instead of FAY. Would have cost over $325.00 to take car one hour to RDU instead of one hour to FAY. Total car rental only $40.00. Seems somewhat ridiculous.
