Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and thorough.Cons:I understand the road restrictions with the odd/even numbered plates. We were told that we would have an odd numbered plate, which worked well for us because of the driving we needed to do on a particular day. However, they gave us an even numbered plate, which really messed up our day.Reviewed 15 Aug. 2019

Very friendly staff, difficult to find drop-offPros:Friendly and honest staffCons:I had serious difficulty finding the location to drop off the car. In fact, it was closed although Alamo claims to be opened 24 hours. I managed to leave the car at the designated place and have the clerk at the desk arrange for the checkup. I did make my flight, but it was a stressful experience. The staff was really friendly.Reviewed 13 Jun. 2017
