When I did my reservation it was in Canadian dollar but when I got to the airport car rental it was in American dollars and it was way more, and they almost charge me for a part that was missing in the middle of the tire rim, luckily I recorded the condition of the car before I took it off the lot but if I dint record they would have made me paid for that so that really bother me other then that everything was goodReviewed 29 Mar 2025

Even tho I had pay the insurance by kayak, at the airport alamo was telling me that is not their problem that i should do it with them. At when i accepted the wated to charge 1000 us for the insurence, my remaining pay up for the car was 220 CAD dollars but they try to charge those in US dollarsReviewed 17 Apr 2024
