The car had many dents and scratches that report was not provide to mePros:NoneCons:The customer service was not good I feel like the front desk person was no to happy to see me I feel bad at that time he was rushing me did not explain clear to me the contract and insurance coverage I told him I wanted the $11.00 collision coverage was offered by Budget but he give me other coverage I believe personal coverage I had small accident a hit and run cause a scrash and bumper was pulled a little the hit was at the passenger side fender I called the airport Budget office the phone number I was provided two ladies answered my phone call the second person she said that she was on charge of the office she said that I had treated because I told her that the amount of $1275.58 was too much for the car damage and I was going to call my credit card sbout that after that she start speaking to me very loud and telling me that I was treated her she explain me the coverage for injure not for collision and told me to be quiet at the end she hang me the phone call.Reviewed 27 Jun. 2018

Poor service and surprise additional costsCons:Rental price was only a 'base price' in which local taxes were added. In addition the car reserved was not available (they overbooked) and the upgrade to another car was not free. In the end more than double the price of the original rental agreement was demanded and the staff at the airport were not helpful or accommodating, borderline rude.Reviewed 1 Jan. 2018

Hope all car rentals in Peru aren't this bad!Pros:The car worked!Cons:Clutch was set too low (had to push it down to the floor to engage) and breaks were too touchy. Bad costumer servicePros:ValueCons:When pickup they try to force you to buy insurance claiming is mandatory but is just optional. Cars are full of scratches and when you return the car they will try to find one not marked at the pickup to ask you for a tip. Be careful.Reviewed 14 Jul. 2017

Not clear systemCons:was very hard to find desk, because we arrive in domestic flight terminal. there is also Budget desk but guy said that we need to go in international arrival terminal. Also, we ordered car in KAYAK website, and there selected insurance, but guy from budged didn't saw it and suggested to us chose insurance again with huuuuuge price. why?? Dropoff car In Lima airport terminal is big issue to find gates. Also, in KAYAK website price was ~60USD for 3d, but Budget added some airport taxes and etc... +25USD...Reviewed 1 Dec. 2016
