Seamless pick up and return in Barajas T4. My only issue was that I had picked a manual intermediate size sedan, and ended up with an automatic medium size SUV.Reviewed 23 Aug. 2021

Pros:Easy drop offCons:The excess in the case of an accident was up to the whole value of the car! Usually on third party websites, it is around 2000-2500 euros. We had to pay 50 euros extra per day for the CDW. I should have known there is something hidden in the price shown on your website. Last time renting with you.Reviewed 13 Jun. 2019

Cons:They did not have car I reserved. My flight was delayed 2 hours and they did nothing to help assist in finding me a new car. I ended up having to use a different company at 2x the cost.Reviewed 20 May 2019

Wrong car sizeCons:I requested the small car since we were driving to the old medieval cities with little space to maneuver. Instead we got station wagon and were told there are no any smaller cars available. I have to say, that the driving in the cities and, especially, parking was a challenge.Reviewed 25 Oct. 2018

Hidden fees, very poor customer experiencePros:Wouldn't recommend.Cons:First, when arriving at the car rental location in Madrid airport, the reservation we made wasn't valid because it's a third party. They said that even though we booked an economy car (Opel corsa or similar) we couldn't get one because the reservation specified a 4 seats car. They only offered a Mini car (a very badly equipped Mitsubishi) which was much more expensive than what we had reserved (165EUR) compared to the (96EUR) we had on kayak including insurance. Next, the insurance worth 40000EUR from kayak couldn't be used. We had to choose their more expensive insurance, saying that they don't work with Allianz. Last but not least, we didn't find the way to the car rental parking area in Madrid, so we parked it in the public parking right nearby. The consultant straight up refused to come with us for 5 minutes to guide us to the rental parking lot and told us we'll be charged the value of the parking ticket at the end of the day, when they would go pick it up. Overall, a horrible customer experience. Definitely not choosing Alamo (or Enterprise, the mother company, for that matter) again.Reviewed 22 Oct. 2018

Automatic Transmission Not AvailablePros:The attention of the staff was very good. They were very kind.Cons:Even though I reserved and automatic transmission car and that I received a confirmation from the rental car company, they did not have those kind of vehicles available when I arrived. After I waited for more than one hour and a half, I just decide to call a friend who knew how to drive in manual transmission I was lucky enough to find him available so he drove. Otherwise I would have had to cancel my trip since I only know how to use an automatic transmission car and the company did not have those.Reviewed 16 Jul. 2018
