The agent was excellent. The only negative is that the rental car agency location is closed on weekends which is very annoying because I had to pick up the car on a Friday and therefore rent the car for an extra day. This is just part of European culture where stores are constantly closed, leaving consumers without the options that they want.Reviewed 31 May 2023

It was a brand new car and larger than I anticipated, which was very fortunate as we had an extra passenger on the way back to the airport. The only problem was waiting in line to pick up the car as they only had one person there at the time. I would rent from them again.Reviewed 30 May 2023
