Pros:The staff was very friendly and helpful and the return was easy. Thank you. We have used Alamo many times when we come to Myrtle Beach and Florida.Cons:Everything was perfect and had a very enjoyable car that was assigned to us. Pros:The car broke down and was towed, customer service made me get my own Uber, then when I got there the manager looked like he had no idea why I was there and he took forever to get me my new car, also told me they should have switched a car for me(a lot of good that was since I already came there because the customer service lady told me to). There was no way to reach the airport branch directly, that is wrong!!!!!!!!!Cons:If something happens to the car, good luck, terrible customer service.Reviewed 31 Aug. 2020
