Pros: Everything was perfect.
Cons: The price was too high. Said that, Alamo was among the only few companies offering the service of dropping the car in Montreal, so good job.

Pros: The car was clean and roomy.
Cons: The car I reserved and expected to drive was apparently unavailable and a Kia Soul was the replacement. Your agent assured me that it was an upgrade but I found that it lacked power especially when passing and climbing hills.
Rear window visibility could have been better.
The radio tone was muddy.

Cons: Car pick of was a bit of a point in the direction we should walk, but we found it.
