Pros:Staff was wonderful!Cons:I called an hour prior to pickup to confirm my reservation yet when I arrived to pick it up there were no pickups available. We waited 2 hours and one drove in, we accepted it on the spot. It was our lucky day! The counter staff was very nice.Reviewed 11 Jun. 2020

Pros:NothingCons:I waited in line at the airport with others that also had made a reservation. One of the employees loudly let us know that they had run out of cars and that was it. End of discussion. How does this happen when you take the time to make a reservation? I ended up having to Uber late at night and then Uber the next day to an Enterprise location in Savannah. Pros:We had to drive our rental car back to the Madison airport instead of Savannah because of flight cancellations due to the coronavirus. It tried to upcharge us (from $300 to over $2000) after I had called the 1-800 number and they said any charges would be waived. Zack at the MSN airport was a rockstar. He took care of it even though his computer showed no note in our file and he couldn’t change it in his end. He got on the phone and got it done in under 5 minutes. Much appreciation to him! Please pass this on to him.Cons:The fee up charge should not have shown up in the first place. We even brought the car back to Alamo 2 days early.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2020
