NEVER AGAIN! This was booked less than a week before for car to be picked up on the Wed eve of Thanksgiving. They failed to disclose that they were not located with the other rental car companies at the airport, and that you have to take a 2nd shuttle that you call for to get to their lot. I started calling at 4:30pm and after 30 minutes of calling with no answer (once someone answered and hung up the phone), I took a cab to their lot only to find they were closed!!!! Took cab back to the airport and rented from Alamo, and the charge ended up being $110 less then Payless for the 3 day rental.6.8 Okay

They don't tell you that you have to take a second shuttle from the first shuttle at Midway. The pick up office is so tiny, my luggage had to be brought in each piece at a time, since it wouldn't fit through the doorway. Only 2 people could wait in the office, it was so small. The parking lot does not have a drive to drop off car, so you just park it anywhere. No one tells you to write down your own mileage and bring it to the desk.9.6 Wonderful

I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.10.0 Wonderful

They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. When I booked I said car rental at O'Hare Airport. Apparently I got an Enterprise car rental about 1 hours from the airport because it was cheapest. When I went to the Enterprise rental car at O'Hare, they told me that happens a lot, but they did not offer any customer service. It was like "oh well". I asked if they could book me a car there at their location and they said they couldn't. Finally, after asking what I should do, they gave me some of their"competitor" phone numbers at O'hare location and I contacted them. Of course it was more money and we had to take a shuttle back to the airport and then over to the other agency, but we finally got the car! Terrible experience!8.4 Very good

I rented at 4 PM for 3 days but the agency closed on Saturday(the 3rd day) a few hours before 4PM !!! I think to recall that people bringing the car a few hours late are charged but when they have to bring it a few hours early they dont get part of the money back :) !Avis

We had a good car that proved very comfortable for what was a long journey, from Chicago to Newark in 8 days, with a few days stopped off here and there on the way. Fuel consumption was very good, particularly for a car in the USA (albeit a Korean one): 50mpg was pretty typical going a steady 60-70mph. Luggage space was very good. Budget was very amenable to our changing the drop-off location from Boston to Newark, at no additional cost (one-way rental cost already paid).Cons:
We had to go for a one-way rental, which gave a very much more expensive per-day price for the car, particularly for a short rental of 8 days. Notwithstanding this expense, it was possible to get a one-way rental and it was, if anything, less expensive than other suppliers.6.8 Okay

"Reserved" online. It was not made clear that the company was offsite or that a credit card number was necessary to hold the car. Our flight arrived nearly 2 hours late. We took the shuttle to the rental counter only to realize Economy was in a different location. Called both the local number and the toll-free number and got no answer. By the time my phone calls caught up with me it was 12:30 am and the message was that they would hold the car until 10:00. So now we were stuck at Midway. Luckily we were able to rent anothe car but had to cram 6 adults with luggage into 1 car instead of 2 and had to pay a premium price. I would not use Economy again.5.6 Fair

The company has a hidden "mandatory" roadside assistance fee of $100. It is NOT printed on any of the paperwork, nor or is there a notification when making the reservation on Kayak. It doubled the price of my rental, but there was 0 communication upfont. I reserve thru Kayak all the time and expect they would be disappointed in the hidden costs as well.2.0 Poor

Not convenient to airport. You need to take normal rental car shuttle and then wait for another shuttle, that with traffic took 20 minutes to pick me up and another 15 minutes back to office. Thus, spent lots of time just getting shuttle. Not convenient to Midway. The extra time certainly not worth the few dollar savings.10.0 Wonderful
