The vehicles I had was terrible. Maintenance needed on the vehicle WiFi updates needed. The side mirrors were very dirty. Looks of chocolate milk or shake splashed in the trunk area on passenger side. Vehicle not vacuumed, dried spot of crusty food on front passenger seat. Front windshield exterior had black tape or something on top and partially down the window. Looks of a repair. Partial scraped of stickers on the interior passenger side of windshield. The pickup experience was poor – it seemed like my counterperson had somewhere else to be; there was visible damage to the back right body panel on my rental car (it had been marked with a series of X’s); upon returning the car they mis-charged me $77 for the fuel option – which I had not signed up for – even though it stated on the same bill that it had been returned full (8/8).Reviewed 24 Feb. 2024

I liked the pickup and drop off services but too much was going on with car: BUDGET CAR RENTAL USB SOCKET NOT WORKING, SMELL WIRE BURNING, SEAT BELT STUCK, THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO BUDGET TO EXCHANGE WHEN I WENT TO BUDGET TGE WORKER SEEN THE CAR FULLY PACKED AND DID NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER CAR BIT GAVE ME A USB CORD WHICH DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. 😔Reviewed 23 Dec. 2023
