Pick up was easy as all rental buses go to the same off airport building. Rental counter staff did not try to push extras, except for toll package as all tolls in Chicago area require IPASS per counter staff member…..this was not exactly true as you can pay on line within 14 days per toll signs. So we paid an extra $30. To FOX and only went thru 2 toll booths which would have cost a total of $2.00 vs her charging us $30…….that was our only complaint. Not Fox's fault but, the 2020 Jeep Wrangler design is to have the car shut off when you come to a complete stop(such as a traffic light). It would restart as soon as you took your foot off the brake. It was very annoying, as well as excessive wear on the cars starter I assume. Other wise everything went extremely well with Fox Rent A Car. The only thing I liked was I was able to get a car. Everything could have been better. The car I got needed new windshield wipers. I replaced that myself. The car ran like it was 10 years old. The car had a bad smell.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2021

We stood in line for close to 20-30 minutes while some guy talked on the phone in front of the desk clerk. I went to the counter and asked if the guy could just step aside for a minute to allow us to pick up our car and the guy on the phone and the counter clerk acted like they didn't hear me. We went over to pay-less to rent a car and by the time we had our car the guy was till talking on the phone on and your counter clerk was just standing there. sheesh.
