The pickup experience was poor – it seemed like my counterperson had somewhere else to be; there was visible damage to the back right body panel on my rental car (it had been marked with a series of X’s); upon returning the car they mis-charged me $77 for the fuel option – which I had not signed up for – even though it stated on the same bill that it had been returned full (8/8).Reviewed 24 Feb 2024
