Cons:
The exterior of the car was covered in bird poop, and the car was over 30 days past due on an oil change (which made me nervous while driving that something could unnecessarily go wrong). Also, the office environment upon check in/check out I wish had been nicer. The floors in the office looked like they had not been cleaned in a very long time. There was also duct tape on the floor telling you where to stand, which cheapened the check in / check out experience.10.0 Wonderful

Everything- they gave me a different car than what I reserved and I was 60 seconds into my trip before a check engine light came on and then a light telling me I had a flat tire. I did not have a flat tire but I returned the car as there was clearly issues with this vehicle and I did not feel safe.2.0 Poor

nothing--i didnt have a reservation at that location. they said kayak had made the reservation for the oak lawn location. i gave them the reservation number. still said reservation was for oak lawn. i had to give up my weekend plans because no cars were available.Cons:
should have booked directly with enterprise, which i did for this weekend. either you guys should get it together, or 2900 n sheffield lied--then you better have a talk with them.Avis

pick up and drop off super easy? car was clean, had automatic cruise control when you hit set,had good mileage and was comfortable.Cons:
It took me a long while to figure out how to maximize ac vents so part of the trip I was warm. Next time I'll check it when I get in car and if I have trouble like I did I'll ask for help.8.4 Very good

Cash option, I got my wallet stolen and car broke down, my job requires a car to work and since I don't have a car or my wallet, I couldn't rent the vehicle that I need it to at least do my job, cause they required a credit or debit card, I have plenty of money on my bank card!!!4.0 Mediocre

I returned the car early (after just 1 day instead of 1 week as originally planned). The clerk explained that the computer wasn't working so she would send me an email with the final receipt. When I checked my emails a few hours later, I saw that she emailed me the receipt and it was for a full week rental rather than prorated for my 1 day rental. I called the local agency right away but the call was transferred to a national customer service office, and the person I spoke with said he would correct the mistake and email me the corrected receipt. Bin ever received it, so the next day I called the local agency again and spoke to the clerk, who then made the correction and sent an email with the correct amount billed. So a lot of extra effort and time needed on my part to fix their mistake.Dollar
