Pros:Staff at pickup were friendly, and the person at their 24/7 help line was empathetic when we had a problemCons:Extra fees & car model restrictions for younger drivers not clear online. No way to see how much insurance would cost before you book. When our car's tire was damaged, we had to stand on the side of the highway for 30 min on hold for roadside assistance, only for them to tell us the best they could do was send a local shop (60 minutes away!) to put on the spare. So the roadside assistance isn't really any help. Because they have so few locations, if you have any car issue outside of Chicago/Indianapolis, you're stuck with taking the time to repair the car, paying for repairs upfront and being charged for any extra time you have to rent the car in order to get those repairs. Pros:NothingCons:This company is a scam. Save your money and book with a reputable company with non scamming policies. Never pre pay for a rental with this company. They will take your money and charge additional fees even if you can’t make the pickup due to having covid. They are willing to knowingly expose their employees and customers to covid all for the sake of money. And on top of keeping your money they will charge you an additional fee. If you care about your health or the safety and security of your money... book elsewhere. Poor customer service as well. You can’t even get through to a live person. The phone just hangs up on you and they send you responses through email and it’s always something different than what a service person on-location will tell you.Reviewed 16 Feb. 2021

Pros:Wasn’t able to get car because it wasn’t stated that credit card had to match license, I paid for my girlfriend for a rental and told me I couldn’t use it. Pros:Good vehicle for very fair price. Inside counter person very helpful and friendly.Cons:Signage for outside booth was very hard to follow. On return there was only one agent at check-in and he was EXTREMELY over worked, could not handle the volume of returns.Reviewed 13 Oct. 2020

Pros:Not muchCons:Ability to speak with a person. Seems like any changes needs to be done through email. The cancellation fee is ridiculous. They charged me at least 1/3 of my full rental cost just to cancel the car even if it was cancelled three days prior to the rental date. For that price and the fact that I have to go all the way downtown just to grab the vehicle, I did a little more digging and found that GET AROUND is the superior option.Reviewed 14 Sep. 2020

Pros:Yup they lied to me in Atlanta Airport when my car got breaking outside the hotel and they broke my Driver side rear window and Sixt send me a claim saying there was 2 window broken how is it even true when I have a police report saying they broke only 1 window are they trying to rip the CustomerCons:They have to charge what they offer and Car security system wasn’t working other wise I would have safe my stuffs and belongingsReviewed 3 Apr. 2021

Pros:The staff was very nice. It was super easy quick and easy.Cons:That when we picked up the car, the inside had a terrible odor, even in the trunk! We bought three vent air fresheners and placed one in the trunk and two inside the car, which helped. Other than that the car was awesome!Reviewed 13 Apr. 2021
