Pros:

Pick up was ridiculous then got stuck in a compact car even though we was okay with upgrading. Car was very dirty on the outside. Drop of was way easier of course. And the insurance don't waste your time buying it on kayak because they tell you it doesn't actually cover anything. Just ridiculous

Pros:

The staff was friendly. Had to track someone down when it came to drop off...told to just leave the car with the keys in the ignition. They were too understaffed to do an inspection with me there. I understand the times are tricky but....

Cons:

I was given a quote for $265.00 and when I picked up the car, I was told that they would just email me the charges and was told the same when I dropped the car off. I later discovered a charge for $470 on my credit card without being sent one email confirmation/declaration of the charges. I have contacted Enterprise to try to resolve this matter.

Ten days in advance, I paid and reserved an SUV for noon on 9/26/2020. When I arrived at 11:55am, I was told they had no vehicles available. I was told to come back later (2 pm) and they MIGHT have a car available then. Poor customer service. I had to change my plans and wait to pick up a vehicle from another company the next day as well as pay for another rental. I was told to call the Hertz customer service line to get a refund. I called and the representative told me they had no cars available at any of their locations. I requested a refund, I was told I would be refunded and emailed within an hour of the receipt showing the refund. That never happened. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company.

Cons:

We reserved a car about 3 hours before we needed it (emergency situation) and when we arrived they told us there were no cars!? If there are not cars, do not allow people to make reservations thinking they have a car! We would have gone somewhere else. Awful.

Vendor sight could not validate my id even though it’s a valid dl from Indiana, the same one that I’ve used dozens of times to get rentals at other locations. To add insult to injury, the vendor refused to help and directed me to call customer support. Then when I contacted customer support I could not cancel my reservation and not could I rent a car because of their inability to validate a drivers license. Kayak is a scam.
