Pros:car was ok. Location service was unusual. First time asked to provide insurance proof(did not have). Settled for name and coverages. Also first time that I had to agree to a $200 advance deposit. Why?Cons:Check in was ok, although not very professional. Return was a big disappointment. Placed was closed(Sunday) however nobody told us they would be closed. Took a while to read a sign that said to drop keys on side of building. Walked around until we found drop. Had planned to have staff order us a cab, but no one there. search online for a taxi took four phone calls. Next day (Monday) I get a call from Jackie that they did not find the keys. I told her I had dropped them as instructed and she said they were not in the drop. She said she would look for them. It is now 3pm and I have not heard back.Reviewed 17 May 2021

Pros:The staff was friendly. They didn't have what I requested so I got a free upgrade. Return was seamless and quick.Cons:The pick-up explanation felt a bit rushed. He was throwing a lot of add-ons and numbers at me and I didn't really get a chance to process everything. The insurance I bought before pick-up was not through Enterprise. Theirs is different. Cons:The check oil light came on in the very expensive premium SUV I rented. I had to exit and stop at a gas station to check the oil. The oil was not even touching the full tube. It took two quarts of oil at $10 to make it right. Not a big deal, but a minor inconvenience. I thought Enterprise would simply reimburse me the $20 and make it right - they didn’t! A very pretty move... We were told by the represent that the only the store manager could make that call and he would call us to discuss. They never did. Terrible customer service a real shame to lose a customer over $20...Reviewed 3 Dec. 2020

Pros:Pick up was ridiculous then got stuck in a compact car even though we was okay with upgrading. Car was very dirty on the outside. Drop of was way easier of course. Cons:Pick up took forever. Car had hardly any gas in it when I picked it up. When I asked if I could drop off at airport you said you’d charge me $100 drop fee. I offered to pay $50 as a compromise but you said no way. Will not ever use enterprise again.Reviewed 26 Oct. 2020

Pros:Easy processCons:The first rental I picked up started overheating 20 minutes after leaving the lot, I had to return the car after being told to go to a different enterprise to swap the car, no one had one available so I still had to return to the original site to swap out the car.
