Pros:The pick-up area was severely understaffed, but the guys who were there were extra courteous and worked hard to help me quickly.Cons:It seemed the guy at the front desk didn't know what kind of van I would be offered. I don't know why the actual rental make/model has to be a mystery right up to the point of getting the keys. Also, the pick-up area was way understaffed.Reviewed 6 Jul 2020
