Pros:

The staff was friendly. Had to track someone down when it came to drop off...told to just leave the car with the keys in the ignition. They were too understaffed to do an inspection with me there. I understand the times are tricky but....

Cons:

I was given a quote for $265.00 and when I picked up the car, I was told that they would just email me the charges and was told the same when I dropped the car off. I later discovered a charge for $470 on my credit card without being sent one email confirmation/declaration of the charges. I have contacted Enterprise to try to resolve this matter.

Pros:

Staff at avon location was great. Downtown location staff attitude and helpfulness was terrible

Cons:

Update which vehicles are available at the correct locations. I reserved a trk for DT location when i arrived was told that that location does not rent trks. Fine with me but not so much when you Uber there and then are told next closest location is 15 to 20 miles away

We arrived to pick up the car and there was one person working the counter. It took 2 1/2 hours to get to the counter. The car windows were filthy inside and out so upon arriving at where we were staying we cleaned them because they were terrible to look out of at night with oncoming traffic. We felt bad for the one guy at the counter because the line was very long, and he apologized for having to leave to go to the bathroom.

They were an hour and 30 minutes late on having car ready which it me behind on my schedule. Instead of driving till midnight I was driving till 1:30am on my first planned leg of my trip.

The location was closed and they directed us to another location. The other location did not have any cars. Why would they let you book for cars when they don’t have inventory.. it’s greed!
