It seemed the guy at the front desk didn't know what kind of van I would be offered. I don't know why the actual rental make/model has to be a mystery right up to the point of getting the keys. Also, the pick-up area was way understaffed.Dollar

Had to wait 30 minutes in line. The clerk looked for my reservation on Hertz instead of Thrifty. The did t tell me the car was in the Hertz parking lot instead of Thrifty. Will never rent with them again.10.0 Wonderful

No staff at the counter when we arrived, a card said to use the kiosk and no kiosk to be seen. When we brought the car back there was no staff around and this was at 4:30 PM.Cons:
Get anybody to be at your place of business or close down. And by the way we noticed that there was a big plug in the right rear tire. That is very dangerous in my opinion, and no spare along with no staff.2.0 Poor

They just handed me the keys at the desk and pointed where the car is. Avis tried to sell me on almost $1K worth of car insurance despite purchasing with Allianz via Kayak. They said they didn't see I had any coverage - I had an email saying otherwise. Extremely confusing and terrifying not understanding if I was covered or not. There was also only 1 person and a giant line started forming (it was 4pm...seem like a high traffic time so felt odd), so I didn't feel like I could even take a moment to better understand what I was paying for and waiving because I was with the ONLY person available. I was also sent to the wrong space number. And I wasn't told how to open the trunk of the car, which sounds stupid, but this one was hidden under one of the backlights (??? horrible design) so I stood at the car for 20 minutes pushing random areas of the trunk like a moron trying to open it. This is the 2nd terrible experience I've had with both Avis and Kayak. Last time ever - others beware. Check out other rental dealers8.0 Very good

The pick up was a nightmare and it was all over me using a debit card. The first person I spoke to refused to help me because I didn't have a Major credit card even though it stated online you can use a debit card with a return flight. car was ok. Location service was unusual. First time asked to provide insurance proof(did not have). Settled for name and coverages. Also first time that I had to agree to a $200 advance deposit. Why?Cons:
Check in was ok, although not very professional. Return was a big disappointment. Placed was closed(Sunday) however nobody told us they would be closed. Took a while to read a sign that said to drop keys on side of building. Walked around until we found drop. Had planned to have staff order us a cab, but no one there. search online for a taxi took four phone calls. Next day (Monday) I get a call from Jackie that they did not find the keys. I told her I had dropped them as instructed and she said they were not in the drop. She said she would look for them. It is now 3pm and I have not heard back.8.0 Very good

I had a rental for Noon at an off-airport site because price was much better. Showed up at 12:15 and office was CLOSED. Enterprise should not have let me make the rental when the time I was showing up was the time they close. I know it's prob a quirk in booking system, but it was terribly inconvenient and cost me a return Lyft trip to get back to the airport plus a higher rate due to higher taxes. All on me. Was not appreciated. I also didn't love the Veloster I had. Terrible blind spots.10.0 Wonderful

Nice people, easy process. We were renting a van for a road trip and they let us our car there for a week while we took our trip in the rental.
