Drop off was easy. We booked a “suppliers choice” size car. When we arrived we were told because our plane was late (4 instead of noon), we would have to be upgraded to a full-sized sedan for $30 a day more or $150. The price of the rental car was already ridiculously high (twice as much for this 5-day rental as we are paying for a 10-day rental elsewhere a month later!) it left us feeling cheated. Also car had a “service needed” light on but the attendant told us we should just ignore it.Reviewed 3 Jul. 2023
