Pros:I worry about details and whether my wife will be happy with the vehicle. The manager, Eva Garza was so helpful and had that great spirit that made the whole experience a joy. Eva is a great communicator and made the rental contract process quick and easy to understand. The vehicle was clean and wonderful. We prefer to rent with Avis as we have always had an excellent experiences in the past. The Avis location was excellent for us as well. I will recommend to all of my friends renting from Eva Garza at this Avis location. I took a bunch of her cards, too.Cons:Nothing. The experience could not have been better.Reviewed 31 Oct. 2018

Pros:Price was excellent considering it was a one way rental. Car was in good condition, and ran well.Cons:Representative knew we were coming and was not at the desk when we arrived. She was out smoking and we ended up waiting for more than 10 minutes. I prepaid for a tank of gas and the car was only at 7/8ths.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2017

Rent from another locationCons:Pick up staff was very rude, wasn't wearing shoes, felt like I was ruining his day to pick up my car. The car was also in bad shape with a flat tire, garbage and a sheering chatter.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2016
