More than expectedPros:Was going on a 3-day cross country road trip for California to Florida when we were upgraded for free frim a subcompact to SUV with no additional cost. The SUV comfort more than made up for the increased gas cost (especially since gas was so cheap through the South compared to CA). The service was fast and courteous on both ends: from pick up in CA to dropoff at Orlando Airport.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2017
